Quotes provided are estimates based on information available at the time and are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Final pricing may vary based on actual measurements, site conditions, or changes to product specifications. Blinds Concept reserves the right to adjust pricing if significant discrepancies are found during on-site assessment.
If Blinds Concept completes the site measurement, we assume full responsibility for measurement accuracy. If measurements are provided by the customer, the customer assumes full responsibility. See our Measurement & Installation Policy for full details.
Professional installation is performed by trained Blinds Concept technicians. Product warranties are provided by the respective manufacturers. See our Warranty Policy for coverage details. Any issues must be reported within 7 days of installation for prompt resolution.
Minor variations in color, texture, fabric alignment, or material appearance may occur due to manufacturing processes, dye lots, or lighting conditions. These variations are considered acceptable and are not grounds for rejection or refund.
We are committed to offering the best value. If you find a comparable product at a lower price from a local competitor, we will beat it by 10%.
Certain features may require account creation. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to update it as necessary.
